I am grateful to be able to work with others around anxiety and how habits are formed in our attempts to feel better. Mindfulness offers us a way to change how we relate to the anxiety. Dr. Brewer's work on habit change maps out for us the path to freedom. Working with his program, we come to see with clarity how habits around anxiety are step up and how with a mindful awareness we can step out of old ways of relating to anxiety and be free.
